Teresa Myrick

Teresa is a former police officer, victim advocate and child and family counselor. This exposed her to people at many phases of inner hurt.  She is also a homicide survivor (father was murdered when she was a child) - a child who grew up in domestic violence and a survivor of childhood sexual molestation.  The combination of personal and professional experience fuels her passion to help others break free from past hurts and create the life they deserve.  She knows how an unresolved past leads to the hurting of others, self-abuse and/or allowing oneself to be hurt.  She now serves others as a Certified Nuero-Transformational Results Coach, Speaker and Best-selling author.  She shares the principles, practices and techniques that were used to help her, to now, help others.
