Susannah Kerwin is a board-certified Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner trained in primary care by New York University & in functional medicine by the Institute for Functional Medicine. She has spent many years seeing patients in NYC focusing on women’s health. Susannah is the founder of Tendwell, a functional medicine practice located in Denver, CO and online! She treats patients in NY, OR, CT & CO where she is licensed. She uses cutting edge functional medicine approaches with her patients to address root causes of chronic dysfunction & optimize health. Prior to forming Tendwell, Ms. Kerwin lived and practiced in San Francisco, New York City, and overseas, including a year in Beijing, China, where she spent time exploring Chinese traditional medicine. In her free time, Susannah loves to hang out with her kids. She enjoys travel & exploring new places. She is also an avid runner & Pilates enthusiast.
