Farah Govani is an executive coach and mindfulness trainer who is committed to enabling us all to experience professional success and personal fulfilment by transforming the ways we work, lead and live. Farah sees the cultivation of both mindfulness and psychological safety as fundamental to the flourishing of all individuals, teams, and organizations.

Farah has been coaching since 2012. She helps her clients ground themselves so they can address their own challenges with pragmatism. Clients say that they have become more focused, creative, and resilient and that their emotional intelligence has increased significantly, resulting in improved leadership skills and working relationships. They are also happier and healthier.

Farah has an MA (with distinction) in Teaching Mindfulness, she is accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ACC) and is featured in the book “Mindfulness for Coaches” by Chaskalson & McMordie (2017).

Govani Coaching was established in 2014 by Farah Govani following her successful career in HR for global investment banks and asset managers. Farah leads a global team of exceptional associate coaches, all handpicked for their talent, values, and passion for developing others. The team offers coaching in English, Spanish, French and Mandarin. Prior to becoming coaches, they were employed by some of the most successful organizations in the world, including Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, WPP and the BBC. We understand the pressures and expectations of high caliber people working in high caliber companies.

We coach leaders who need to be able to navigate through today’s volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment. Facing such periods of turbulence often leaves people feeling particularly challenged and/or overwhelmed.  So, we focus on both an individual’s leadership development needs AND their wellbeing to enable them to be at ease amidst demanding work and home environments.
