Embracing Joy Each & Every Day

Every 3rd Wednesday 11am PT / 2pm ET

Did you know you can train your brain like you train your body? Are you ready to make life easier? On the Discover Solutions Show you can learn to see the positive, the gifts, and the blessings that surround you. The Autoimmune system can affect mental as well as physical health, but there are tools to improve that. By sharing information about the neural net and teaching you that you can train your brain like you train your body, you can learn to see the positive, the gifts, and the blessings that surround you easily and readily. With practice, this can become a habit and make life so much easier.

The Discover Solutions show is here to show autoimmune warriors how to find and embrace their joy in life each and every day despite what may be going on with their body. This show will address the good, the bad, the ugly, and most importantly the joyful. You get tips, tricks, and tools to help you embrace your wellness journey.

I am an Autoimmune Mental Health Coach, and together with Dr. Pat, we share the experience with you! We’ll explore the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional facets of having autoimmune. And you will learn unique tools to help you maximize your life, learning what to prioritize, what to let go of, and how to best manage your life so that you have the resources to not only manage, but enjoy.

We tend to forget joy in the midst of battle, but that is a mistake. That can lead down a slippery slope and even exacerbate your symptoms. Regardless of what you are hearing, regardless of what the doctors are saying, regardless of the pain, the diagnosis, the limitations, and the frustrations, we believe in hope, possibilities, and living life now, every day.

Don’t put your life and your joy on hold until you feel better. Feel better now by putting your life and your joy first.

Discover Solutions helps you and others make a real difference. Connect with me for more information. To sign up for one of my 12-week programs, 1:1 Coaching, or for help through other resources visit my website DiscoverSolutions.net

About -

When looking back at when I first started showing symptoms of autoimmune, it seems apparent that it began with a basement remodel when I was three years old. That started my journey with mold illness. The chronic Lyme disease could have started that same year on a wonderful camping trip to Maine, where, the story says I had “30 mosquito bites on my head alone” so my parents cut the trip short. Was there a tick bite in there too? We’ll never know. What I do know is that almost my entire life I’ve been battling.

Along this journey, I became a believer that life is now. Regardless of how we feel, life isn’t going to wait for us. We can embrace it, or keep waiting. I’ll embrace it, thanks!

Testimonials

  • "Just wanted to drop you a line to say "thank you". I can not tell you how much I appreciate your show and the guests you have on. I download your podcasts and listen to them on my Zune. We do not have the availability to hear anything like what you have on your show in our area in upper Indiana. I appreciate your life's work and for sharing what you've learned with people. I've tried several times to fill in the "makeover" request...only to have my computer crash...weird! But I just want you to know we middle westerners...appreciate you!"
    Cinda-Listener

  • "I want to take a moment for a bit of gratitude, not only for... you know, the big thing for me is, thank you thank you thank you for calling me up Shelly, and inviting me to come on to Transformation Talk Radio. I’m sure Dr. Pat and everybody else knew about it, and thank you Dr. Pat as well, and Linda, Jesica, Kim, everybody. Alex actually is here with us today, he’s my producer today. So thank you all, for being a part of my journey here. It’s very touching to me that I’m here, and I am very excited about being able to impart what I’ve learned over the years with everybody else."
    Dave Dodge

  • "Thanks for a wonderful interview! It was a pleasure to be on your show and have the opportunity to exchange ideas about how to help your listeners move through their fears, get unstuck,--"retreat"--and ease back into the flow of the cycles of life. I truly appreciate your thoughtful questions, infectious humor, and inspiring approach to helping people thrive, not just survive, the tsunamis of change that in today's world, we just call, "normal." I am honored to be part of the "thriver" community!"
    Dr. Jeffrey Hull-Host

  • "Thank you for the pleasant conversation/interview this morning. Webster defines communication as the art of using words to impart information and ideas. Enthusiasm is defined as great excitement for or interest in a subject. You truly are an enthusiastic artist when it comes to leading interviews. Your passion to elevate performance and happiness creates daily ripples that impact the shores of life throughout the world. I beseech you to continue on your magnificent journey. With Gratitude"
    Lee Brower

  • "Dr. Pat Bacilli is that rare intuitive Media Educator whose enthusiasm and prescience are "tuned in" far beyond the station. She can generate multidimensional sparks on the air--and possibly around you at home...Her deceptively concise interviews pack a lot more than information...and I suspect are broadcast to unlisted, "non-local" stations far far away...She delivers an "energy burst" more than an "interview." She also seems to know if you're onto something "new" before you do; pay attention to that. My suspicion is that, by design, you get more than "words" when you listen to Dr. Pat's interviews and can take in more information. That's just one woman's opinion from a Parallel Universe..."
