Susan Apollon


Susan Barbara Apollon is a psychologist, healer, researcher of Consciousness and Energy and a survivor of breast cancer. She is also the author of Touched by the Extraordinary: An Intuitive Psychologist Shares Insights, Lessons and True Stories of Spirit and Love to Transform and Heal the Soul and Intuition is Easy and Fun: The Art and Practice of Developing Your Natural Born Gift of Intuition. For more than two decades, she has specialized in treating children and adults who are traumatized, ill dealing with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses, grieving and/or dying.


Susan is passionate about sharing the findings of her research and clinical experience so that everyone can have the hope, wisdom and the skills needed for healing and enjoying life. In her workshops and seminars she teaches that each of us is capable of self-mastery and empowerment. She speaks enthusiastically, often as a keynote speaker, to hospital staffs and patients, medical students, organizations and groups about our inherent resources to create needed miracles in our lives. Her articles appear in celebrated internet journals, websites, newspapers and magazines. A frequent guest on national radio and television shows, she was invited to teach in Costa Rica as part of the renowned Omega Institute of Holistic Studies in 2009.


Susans love of medicine and healing has its roots in her lineage; she comes from a family of physicians. She has been married for more than forty years to her husband, Warren, a practicing orthodontist, and is mom to Rebecca, an emergency room physician, and David, a management consultant.
