As a wellness advocate for seniors focusing on the benefits of self-care, Roxanne Reynolds has enjoyed 20+ years teaching Qigong and TaiChi. Along with teaching the movements of TaiChi, Roxanne helps to empower her students with essential fall prevention tips to keep them safe and healthy.
She's the author or 'A Senior's Guide to Fall Prevention and Healthy Living,' where she outlines causes, diseases affiliated with falls, home safety, foot health, diet, nutrition and activities that promote balance and movement. She cares deeply for our elders and is committed to playing her part in helping stop falls for elders and others.
Roxanne is a graduate of IIQTC (The International Institute of Qigong and TaiChi), a 200-hr Qigong and TaiChi instructor program, as well as a Sr Trainer of TaiChi Easy facilitators.
