Mitra Ray


MITRA RAY, Ph.D. received her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, and her Ph.D.in Cell Biology from Stanford University Medical School. Her research has been funded by the National Institutes of Health and the American Cancer Society and published in prestigious journals. She is an author who is passionate about educating people on how to take control of their own health. She lectures around the world.
She is a mother and a wife, a research scientist and business woman...and she has a mission. She wants each and every one of the people she touches to live the longest, healthiest life possible, enabling them to make a positive and lasting difference in their families and communities.

She believes that in order to do this, we have to be willing to take full responsibility for our own personal health and to begin to apply some easy-to-understand, fundamental principles of biochemistry and physiology into our daily lives
