Lauren Goody joined Nest, previously a division of Alphabet, Inc., and now, Google, in June 2015, where she is currently the Head of Global Industry Marketing and Partnerships, focused on B2B2C customer acquisition and device adoption. In her current role, Lauren owns Nest’s marketing relationships with Google’s partners in the Energy, Housing, Home Services, Professional Installation and Hospitality sectors. She is responsible for go-to-market planning for this industry audience as well as partner co-marketing and enablement strategies. Prior to joining the Nest business unit, Lauren worked for Google Large Customer Sales in NYC building creative, content-based programs for YouTube advertisers. She was an early member of the creative agency team, the ZOO, that helped make YouTube a must-buy platform for all brands focused on video, reach and engagement.
