Julia Wilkinson


Julia Wilkinson is a genetic counselor with more than 13 years’ experience in women’s reproductive health. As a clinician, Julia guides women and their families to assess and understand their genetic risk factors, helping them make more informed decisions to guide care. Julia worked with Emory University genetics in both the clinic and the lab in addition to spending five years at University of Massachusetts Medical School in the OB/MFM departments. She’s a regular lecturer on genetics and has participated in clinical trials for non-invasive Prenatal Screening (NIPS), now offered as a routine screening method for common chromosome abnormalities in pregnancy. Julia lives in Hudson, Massachusetts with her husband and two sons.
