Jenny Alzate

Jenny Alzate is a Hispanic Integrative Psychotherapist and a certified mental health integrative provider. She is currently studying Eden energy medicine.  She’s been working in the mental health field for over 24 years. Her clinical focus is on women’s issues, mood and stress disorders, family therapy and childhood trauma. Her specialty is healing the inner child by teaching the client how to re parent their inner child. Jenny has been in private practice for 12 years and in 2017, cofounded The Enlightenment Counseling Center.

 

Jenny promotes well being by helping clients transmute painful experiences into conscious life lessons and opportunities to find our true selves behind the stories. She helps people by weaving all of our parts, all of our stories and all of our experiences into one big solid quilt.
