Dr. Lisa Kohut

Dr. Lisa Kohut is an independently licensed and practicing Faith-based counselor, who has a private practice in Palatine, Illinois. She also has a Love Revolution ministry, which is a movement to tear down the lies that religion has told about the nature of God and to replace those lies with the truth about Jesus Christ. The mission of the Love Revolution is to revolutionize the world with the love of Jesus through small group discipleship classes, retreats, and supporting missions and churches that express God’s practical love in the world. Some of the discipleship groups include "The Holy Spirit Camp” which is a dynamic group that focuses on "Hearing God's Voice," developing a relationship with the Holy Spirit, and practicing using the gifts in community, "The School of Peace and Connection," where the emphasis is on integrating practical and life-changing principles of peace and connection into people's lives from the inside out. Another group is an emotional healing group titled Immanuel, which focuses on connecting with Jesus in a safe community, and finally, there’s an Identity group, which focuses on anchoring your identity in Christ to find your purpose while in a safe and non-judgmental Christ-centered community.

Dr. Lisa Kohut has also authored 2 books. The most recently written book is titled Healing Connections: Reconciling a Broken World to a Holy and Loving God and the second one is titled Dream Mysteries- understanding your dreams to know God's purpose in your life.

Dr. Lisa has also intuitively been helping others to understand their dreams and visions for the past 15 years, through her partnership with TwentyR and through teaching.

The main theme that weaves through all of Dr. Lisa's work is her passion for building healthy and diverse communities, while helping people to connect with the Holy Spirit, self- their true identity, others, and their life purpose in a meaningful way. She's also very passionate about unity in the "Body." Ultimately, this world can feel like a lonely and dangerous place to be for many people and Dr. Lisa feels like it's part of her mission to help people to escape the bondage of fear, isolation, division, and all of its negative effects through connection.
