Donna Osmond


Donna has over 20 years of human resources, customer service office

operations, and progressive employee development/training

experience. She has worked in banking/finance, wireless

telecommunications, public utilities, healthcare and now higher

education fields.  She transferred from the Department of Behavioral

Health and Developmental Service (PGH/VCBR’s Nottoway Campus) in

July. Prior to her Commonwealth of VA employment, she was the

Customer Care Operations Manager with the Department of Public

Utilities for the City of Richmond VA. Donna is a graduate of Virginia

Commonwealth University and has a Bachelor’s degree in

Interdisciplinary Studies. She is a certified Enneagram Practitioner and

DEI Facilitator. One fun fact about Donna is she enjoys British

mysteries.
