So what do I mean by selfology? 

 

Selfology is the Study of Self.  Only when you get crystal clear about who you are can you transform your life.  How can you improve your "self"  if you don’t know yourself?  When you know who you are,  you know what to do.  Similiarly when you don't you will find yourself in confusion, in not knowing, indecisive, and frustrated.  

 

It’s only when you know who you are that you can unlock the power within.  The power is tapping into your mind.  It is in the knowing that the problem that you think is the problem is not actually the problem.  

 

There are 4 Areas of Self that when questioned, and observed facilitate the creation of the results in your life, the manifestation of your BEST SELF.  All areas of self are founded on the common notion that we operate from a place of sincere unconditional love and acceptance of where we are and leverage the power of our minds to transform our reality.
