About Sabrina Wright MMLT, LMT CBC.
Sabrina is a  Wholistic Health and Wellness Advocate, Consultant, Encourager, and Therapist in the Wellness field. All these aspects have been developed richly, as she has worked 15-years in practice with integrative physicians, surgeons, naturopaths, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and nurses.

With over 20 years of education and experience working with thousands of clients, Sabrina's focus and approach has always been WHOLE person care: Body, Mind, and Spirit.

As she works with clients she has found that in every single case, physical health and well-being is the most important factor to address.  Also finding that not one single strategy works. She customizes a plan and approach to address the pain, the person, and their lifestyle.  Let's work together to change your story of one of pain to a story of health and vitality.

Testimonials

  • "Thank You so much for your invitation, I am very pleased to accept. We haven't met in person yet - one day soon - and I listen quite often to you radio show. I enjoy the guests you have and their knowledge, plus your wisdom and experience all add such a depth to what you do. As a result, I have learned so much and now know many more resources to help me on my journey of awareness. Enjoy the day."

  • "Thanks for a wonderful interview! It was a pleasure to be on your show and have the opportunity to exchange ideas about how to help your listeners move through their fears, get unstuck,--"retreat"--and ease back into the flow of the cycles of life. I truly appreciate your thoughtful questions, infectious humor, and inspiring approach to helping people thrive, not just survive, the tsunamis of change that in today's world, we just call, "normal." I am honored to be part of the "thriver" community!"

  • "Excellent question Pat! Not one that I get asked very often so thanks for asking. What have my a-ha moments been? There have been so many. I mean I am a totally different person than I was when I started studying this 10 years ago. My first a-ha moment was the a-ha that someone needs to study this. If we're trying to win the war on cancer why are we ignoring the people who've won? We should be talking to them. We should be studying them. So that was the first coin that dropped for me was just something like do this, study this, don't be afraid. It didn't scare me. It actually excited me. My dear friend died when we were 16 of stomach cancer so to be across from someone like him was told they were going to die and yet 25 years later that does not scare me. That gives me incredible hope and for a potential cure for cancer down the road."
