As a single parent with 2 children having to rebuild her life after broken relationships, she learned to love herself so she could unconditionally love her children and become an effective parent. She realized that people are not able to give what they don't have and to become a catalyst of change in your environment, the change has to start within you. I'm a Broadcast Sales Manager with over 20 years sales, management and advertising experience with a proven track record in generating new revenue and exceeding sales goals. I develop, implement, and communicate sales strategies/action plans. Additionally, I manage, motivate and train the sales team to maximize revenue through providing integrated client-focused solutions and super-serving client needs. By identifying developmental needs and successfully coaching and mentoring the sales team, I drastically improve their knowledge and skills in undeveloped areas.
