In the interview, Olivia reveals her “dream comes true” about the new wellness center at The Austin Hospital in Melbourne. The Government announced last week it would cover the outstanding $45 million to complete the centre, leaving $10 million more to be raised for additional services. “Everything I do revolves around health and wellbeing. I have a spa in Australia called Gaia Retreat and Spa which is up near Byron Bay. My music is also tied in – I did a CD called Grace and Gratitude, which is a healing CD renewed in 2010” Newton-John shares. “Finding something positive to do for somebody else always makes you feel good about yourself too!” The CD has now been re-released in 2011 as Grace and Gratitude Renewed.
Together Olivia and John are spreading the word about the importance of preserving the Rainforest and the health values found in the botanicals of the Amazon. They recently launched the organic Rainforest drink, Zamu, which got rave reviews. Amazon John is passionate about how each of us can make a difference, “We have to recognize our power! Everyone can make a BIG difference in the world” said Easterling.
