THE DR. PAT SHOW VOTED “FAVORITE PROGRESSIVE TALK RADIO SHOW” IN THE SEATTLE AREA

Seattle, Washington.  April 2006   This past year has been a banner year for Dr. Pat Baccili, award winning host of “The Dr. Pat Show” heard live on Alternative Talk Radio 1150AM KKNW-Seattle and creator of Dr. Pat WorldWide.   Dr. Pat’s tag line “Talk Radio to Thrive By” says it all:  she is about providing listeners with the practical and inspirational tools to live their lives fully and abundantly.

In November of 2006 The Dr. Pat Show was the winner of the prestigious regional “Evvie Award” sponsored by Conscious Choice Magazine.  Voted “Favorite Progressive Talk Radio Show” by the people of the Seattle area, the Dr. Pat Show continues to make a major impact on her listeners. 

What is an “Evvie”?

The Evvie Award was conceived of three years ago by Evergreen Magazine, now known as Conscious Choice Magazine.  Simply it was the nickname for a magazine.  “Evvie is like a good friend who always knows the best spots to take out-of-town guests or invites you to an inspirational program. She nurtures you, encourages you, cheers you on, improves your quality of life just by showing up”, says Bob Condor, editor of Conscious Choice.  “Everything we cover roots to the quality of life.”

  The awards celebrate the readers’ choices about significant events, activities and places in the Seattle area that by their own definition improve their quality of life.  The awards cover an array of things from the pedestrian to the sublime:  the essential cup of coffee to alternative and green businesses, to healthy meals, to integrative health and the best massage in town… to inspirational talk radio.
