Gina Sala

Gina Salá is a vocalist, teacher, composer, chant leader, and sound healer with a repertoire spanning 23 languages. She performs her global vocal repertoire and leads workshops and chant events internationally, with a focus on the power of sound and joyful freedom of the voice.

Gina also leads annual "River of Sound" tours to India, performs at conferences, theaters and festivals, and creates effective team-building and creative, inspirational events for organizations. Gina’s performance credits include fulfilling a contract as lead singer for Cirque du Soleil's "O," singing at the United Nations, the U.S. Pentagon, and at festivals in France, India, Japan, Canada, throughout the U.S., and more.

Gina began cross-cultural singing at the age of three, living in a hindu ashram. She was then raised Catholic and Protestant, lived in a Tibetan Monastery in Nepal, walked solo for months in the Himalayas, stayed seven months with the great Advaita sage Poonjaji (a.k.a. Papaji, teacher of Gangaji who met with Ramana Maharshi).

She sees all spiritual paths as wonderful boats that help us experience our essential unity and love. She is dedicated to sharing awareness and experience of the power of sound and our own voices to bring about integration and balance of our mind, body, spirit, and heart. Gina's passion is to help us awaken to the magnificence of Who we are.

With that awareness and balance, she believes, wellness and love naturally arises and we are better able to care for each other and the planet. She often reminds us in her chant, songs, and words, "The One I Love, Lives Inside of You."
