She combines visual & performance arts —with a background in social services, and graphic design to help people explore the possibilities of their creativity. Cathy is co-founder of Sarasvati Sisters, the creators of Alive and Fabulous. Cathy is a powerful and successful agent of change. As a personal coach she makes the difference for people—in their experience of themselves, and supports them as they transform those areas of life that mean the most to them.


She is a professional visual & performance artist, art teacher and ritualist—with a background in social services and graphic design & illustration. Cathy melds her song, paint and coaching into a medium that impacts the soul.
