Erica Rayner-Horn


Erica Rayner-Horn, MA, L.M.H.C.A.integrates mindfulness and therapy in her work as a mindfulness-based psychotherapist and is passionate about teaching mindfulness as an effective way to find an inner refuge of stillness and sanity.

She has taught and presented at hospitals, cancer support groups and the University of Washington, and is an instructor of the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course. With more than 30 years of Buddhist meditation training and practice, Erica helps everyone discover how mindfulness meditation is a powerful way to wake up to the richness of living a more mindful, relaxed and joyful life.

She is the author of the CD "Finding Tranquility-Guided Mindfulness Meditations for Stressful Times."
