"I will lose 10 pounds by March!" " I will eat slower and enjoy my food." These all sound good, but how do we get there and still remain kind to ourselves? Better yet, how do we remain kind to ourselves even if we don't live up to our expectations. Well, it turns out the mind's got a thing or two to do with it.
